About me
I am Aaron Moulding, a 21-year-old Studio/Audio Engineering student at the Herman Brood Academie in the Netherlands. I'm very passionate about electronic music and try to expand my self creatively wherever I can. Currently I'm working to get my spot in the electronic music industry as a technician, and as an artist.
I've been producing music for about 6 years now, it started as a hobby and a way to vent, to a passion that I want to commit my life to. Most of my skills have come from self teaching and YouTube, which makes me confident in saying that I have developed my own sound, which I can refine over time. I also find graphics very important to convey emotion in your music, this is why I am also slowly learning graphic design to better my understanding of design.
I've also programmed for about half my life as a hobby, generally in the area of games and game engines, creative programming, and as you can see also websites. Because of this I have a good sense of problem solving.
What am I doing currently?
I'm currently preparing to play my tracks live, the end goal of this is to for example stream and create content about electronic music. To achieve this, I've been creating an Ableton template with the needed midi mappings and tracks with macros for my Push 2, in which I can use my push, BCR2000 and max for live as a digital modular synths of sorts.
I'm also working on finalising tracks for my next album, creating a more professional sound than before by also mastering my tracks. I've recently passed for my studio/audio engineering exam making me more confident than before that I can make a well mixed album, which will perhaps be released on a separate artist project.

My Music
I started making music in FL Studio about 7 years ago now after getting inspired by people like Martin Garrix and Hardwell. After this I began expanding myself musically and artistically, and due to this I found my passion in (generally underground) electronic music. After passing for my studio/audio engineering exam I now have a new confidence in my self that I can finish a professional sounding album, which is what I am working on right now.
Currently I do all my audio editing work in Ableton Live Suite.
D R E A M S H A P E R Album
I am currently, like I said, working on a new album, which is currently dubbed "DREAMSHAPER", I am aiming for around 8 to 9 tracks with no real genre but more of a vibe to tie it all together. I am making this album together with my Ableton Push to be able to play this album and other smaller creations live to also be able to do shows, which generally will first take form as Youtube videos and streams.
Studio Stuff
As said before, I am currently studying studio engineering, as such I've also had to mix a few tracks, and I've also slowly started to amass my own small home studio. I've also recently passed my audio editing exam, which is in essence the most important exam for studio engineering.

My Home Studio
Recently I've started kitting out my studio a bit more to make producing music more of a tangible process, rather than sitting behind a mouse and keyboard the entire time. I've also recently updated my workstation, and some other smaller stuff.
